Holy Family Radio is a lay apostolate and not operated by the Archdiocese of Louisville. Holy Family Radio obtains many programs from EWTN Catholic Radio Network and makes them available on a local broadcast station, WLCR.
The goal of Holy Family Radio is to provide a variety of resources for those who would like to learn more about the Catholic Faith and to air nothing that is contrary to Catholic faith and morals, nor anything lacking in Christian charity or virtue. The purpose of the programs is Catholic evangelism and the promotion of Catholic spiritual and corporal works in the metropolitan Louisville, Kentucky area.
Holy Family Radio, which sponsors and provides many Catholic programs on WLCR AM Radio, was incorporated in 1999 and is recognized as tax exempt under IRC 501(c)(3).
